Kennedy, President
Rich
founded InnerWest TekPartners in 2002. He currently
acts as ROI TekPartner's external spokesperson while
providing strategic vision for the corporate initiatives.
He spearheads corporate development, marketing, and
business development. Rich also serves ROI TekPartner's
clients as a resource in the areas of business and IT
alignment, business process re-engineering and outsourcing,
and strategic initiative consulting.
Rich
was a Vice President and Managing Director for the Denver
practice of Greenbrier & Russel Inc, a national
business technology consultancy with nine offices in
the US and over $60 million in annual revenue. Greenbrier
& Russel specializes in business intelligence and
custom application development. In addition, Rich led
the Denver practice of The Revere Group, another national
business technology consultancy with five offices and
over $50 million in revenue. The Revere Group's focus
was package application implementation and e-business
consulting. Rich was the Director of Strategic Business
for a leading Colorado network and system integration
company and was responsible for projects with national
and local clients totaling over $25 million in annual
revenue.
In
addition to his leadership experiences, Rich has served
as the engagement manager on numerous projects and initiatives.
He was responsible for the implementation of a Peoplesoft
payroll and HR system for a restaurant chain with over
400 stores and 2500 employees, the design and creation
of custom-built workflow applications for a data cabling
contractor and a mortgage brokerage firm, and the deployment
of new and upgraded financial systems using Oracle,
Microsoft, and Sage Software technologies. Rich has
been responsible for the architectural design and installation
of multi-city wide area networks and multi-server data
centers.
Rich
began his career with Ernst and Young and earned a CPA
designation while working in a variety of industries.
In 1990, he shifted his focus to marketing and business
development within the technology industry. Over the
past fifteen years, Rich has worked for and with technology
consultants, resellers, system integrators, and application
developers in Colorado. He has worked or partnered with
countless technology manufacturers and service providers,
including Microsoft, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, Compaq,
Sun Microsystems, Peoplesoft, Novell, Qwest, Level 3,
Cisco Systems, Dell, AT&T and IBM. He has served
hundreds of Colorado clients ranging from Fortune 500
companies with 50,000 employees to small businesses
with 15 employees. In addition to his focus on providing
clients with technology-based solutions, he founded
an investment company in 1995 to place private equity
into Colorado's burgeoning technology sector, and in
1999, he served as President and CEO of a startup company
that provided web hosting and application services.
Rich
received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree
from the University of Notre Dame, graduating with high
honors, and a Masters of Business Administration degree
from Columbia University, also graduating with high
honors.

Massa, Vice President Operations
J.R.
brings over 12 years of progressive management experience
with demonstrated skills to grow a business from start-up
to growth-stage to exit. J.R. co-founded Domin-8 Enterprise
Solutions, a highly successful asp-based software company
focused on serving the apartment industry. During Domin-8's
start-up phase, J.R. was a key player in developing
the overall business plan, solely developed the sales
and marketing strategies and was part of the executive
team which secured Domin-8's seed capital. As Vice President
at Domin-8, J.R. was involved in all aspects of the
business while developing and providing leadership to
the Professional Services, Customer Support, Technical
Publications, Training, Quality Assurance and Marketing
departments. The business grew from 3 founders to 150+
employees in less than 5 years, now boasts market dominance
and $50MM in annual revenues.
Before
Domin-8, J.R. was Director of Sales and Marketing for
WaKuL, Inc., a fully integrated voice, data and satellite
provider serving the apartment industry. At WaKuL, he
increased revenues by 28% in his first quarter and drove
all company-wide project work. J.R. also restructured
the operations, sales & marketing and billing strategies
to position the company for sale and was part of the
executive team that successfully executed the company's
exit strategy.
Prior
to WaKuL, J.R. held various senior positions with Neighborhood
Link, the largest web-based community forum for neighborhoods
in the nation. As the company's third employee, this
was J.R.'s first high technology start-up experience.
The company grew to over 30 employees in 2 years and
J.R. was propelled to Neighborhood Link's National Manager,
where he aggressively established a local markets focus,
resulting in significantly increased website hits and
advertising revenue. He also initiated and supervised
the development of an online Customer Relationship Management
interface and managed the customer support and retention
efforts.
J.R.
began his career at Russell, Karsh and Hagan, then the
most prominent public relations and advertising agency
in the region. As a Marketing Coordinator, J.R. was
responsible for the development of collateral for the
Company, coordinating account project work and leading
a company-wide project to prepare for the Company's
largest sales prospect. In just a few short months,
J.R. was given his first account to manage and was given
the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, where
he quickly learned his love for entrepreneurship and
high technology start-ups.
J.R.
has a Masters of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelor
of Arts in Mass Communications & Journalism, both
from the University of Denver.

Rick
Inman, Vice President Technology
Rick
has a diverse technical and strategic business background,
which allows him to address business challenges from
a unique vantage point. Rick started his career as a
manufacturer's representative for a leading firm representing
and selling multi-million dollar silicon chip testing
equipment and other key manufacturing components to
Fortune 500 clients such as IBM, United Technologies
and Digital Equipment Corporation. This 'high-level'
exposure gave Rick the confidence to start his first
company, which exploited the need to manipulate and
control call information within hotel PBX telephone
systems. In the following years, Rick collaborated on
and founded three additional technology companies and
worked for a number of other leading technology providers
all of which held a client focus to solving specific
business problems. Rick's ability to design and apply
complex technologies for practical business use has
resulted in hundreds of deliverable solutions throughout
US.
Systems
integration, business process analysis, infrastructure
design and build, product manufacture, product marketing
and repositioning, software creation and development
are all areas of expertise that Rick currently leverages
for ROI TekPartner.
Rick
has received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration
with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance from the University
of Denver. He also holds numerous certifications and
qualifications with regard to technology, process and
management, software design and architecture, sales
order management, and supply and demand chain management.
